Infills from other salons are accepted only after inspection, but depending on condition may require removal and a new full set.

All bookings require a $20 holding fee, which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. 

We provide a one-week guarantee on all work, if you have any issues within this time period, contact us immediately. 

No refunds are provided. However, if you are unhappy with the lashes, please contact us for complimentary removal. 

Avoid wearing eye makeup prior to your appointment. If you cannot avoid this, please ensure you have fully cleansed the eye area with an oil-free cleanser prior to your appointment. Please note that if not properly cleansed this may affect your retention, and you may incur an additional fee if cleansing is required to be done by your lash tech.
